We may collect names, email addresses and a record of communication including attachments and information you voluntary decide to share with us for troubleshooting purposes whenever you communicate with our Service.

Information Collected Through Our App


We collect information regarding your mobile device and your iCloud Drive, when you use our App. All information is stored locally on your device. We have no way to access or share your information.


If you use our App, we collect the following information:


Mobile Device Access


We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's storage, your photo library and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

To optimize the operation of our App, some data can be cached in the App’s cache folder. The cached files can be deleted by the user or are deleted by the operation system.


Mobile Device Data


We collect device information (such as your mobile device ID and model), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device, app identification numbers and in-app purchase information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App and to grant access to premium features.


iCloud Drive Data


At your request, we can collect data stored on your iCloud Drive in order to provide our service. Log Data


Whenever you use our App, in a case of an error, we may collect information on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.

This data is used only for technical purposes - that is, to ensure the proper functioning and security of the App and to investigate possible security incidents.

We ensure that the Log Data does not contain any personal information.


Payment Information


When you make payments, you submit your payment details to Apple that process your payments. We do not collect your payment data and do not have any access to it. Personal information you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make or aid us in serving you better.
